MemberView offers an email alert that helps managers identify and acknowledge exceptional experiences delivered by their team members. This email alert is referred to as the Perfect Score alert and enables users to receive an email notification anytime a team member receives a perfect survey score.
When enhancing member experience, we often concentrate on shortcomings or opportunities to improve. However, it is equally important to acknowledge excellence and the positive efforts of your team that contribute to great member experiences. With the Perfect Score alert you can recognize your team's excellent performance in real-time.
Alert Triggers
The Perfect Score alert is triggered whenever an employee achieves a perfect score on a survey. A perfect score is defined as -
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 10
- Member Effort Score (MES) of 7
- Total Experience Score (TES) of 5

Designated members of your team will receive an email like the one shown below when the Perfect Score alert is triggered.
By clicking to review the survey in MemberXP, you will go directly to the complete survey in the reporting portal.
