Styling a survey to reflect your credit union’s brand is an important part of your survey design process. Having a branded look and feel will ensure that your surveys and projects are consistent with other marketing materials, which includes your website. It helps to let members know who is administering the survey and creates an element of familiarity with your members.

Custom branded theme

• Logo: We will use your logo on the email invite as well as the survey. We can customize the background, page, header, and buttons/accents of your survey to match your branded theme.
• Text: We recommend a standard font, sizing between 12-18 point, and a muted color such as black. This will help eliminate any distractions from the questions themselves.
• Colors: We can use your logo to pull colors from or you can provide us with the custom HEX color code. There are four areas that you can customize your colors (background, page, header, and button/accent).

Fonts:

MemberXP allows you to customize the font used on your surveys and email invitations. The recommended (and default font) for both is Arial. Below is a list of additional fonts available:
