Overview
PowerXP allows users to export their data, similar to classic reports, but with greater flexibility. Users can customize both the content and format of their exports to best suit their needs.
With powerXP, you can choose to export an entire dashboard or a single visual, depending on what insights you want to capture. Additionally, powerXP offers multiple export formats, including PDF, image files, and Excel spreadsheets, giving you greater control over how you share and analyze your data. These options ensure you can efficiently extract and present insights in the most useful format.
How to Export an Entire Dashboard
1. Open the dashboard you would like to export.
2. Select the navigation button next to the powerXP logo at the top left and select Download sheet as PDF.
3. Apply your desired settings and select Export.
4. Once the export is ready, click the link to download the PDF.
How to Export a Single Visual
1. Open the dashboard with the data you would like to export.
Note: If you would like to export the full chart, it is recommended to expand the chart to full screen before proceeding to the next step.
2. Right-click the visual you want to export.
3. Select Download as...
4. Select Image, PDF, or Data.
a. Image
i. Select Image if you wish to export the visual as a jpeg or png image file.
ii.
b. PDF
i. Select PDF if you wish to export the visual as a PDF file.
ii.
c. Data
i. Select Data if you wish to export the data that is displayed within the chart.

4. Apply your desired settings and select Export.
5. Once the export is ready, click the link to download the file.
